Vicci Sorensen: Sales & Operations Task Force
Though she grew up in the hospitality industry Vicci, still worked her way up when she decided to return and set her focus on Hotels. With this, it has given Vicci an extensive background in sales and operations and lead her to a career in Task Force. It has taken her around the United States with brands such as IHG, Hilton, Best Western and Choice. Vicci has opened hotels and worked with existing properties to increase revenue and brand scores. Training staff is a highlight for her and something she has been highly successful with.

Nick Desai, Jr:
Accounting
Nick is a recent graduate from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. His professional experiences range from working with a large public accounting firm in the SF Bay Area to various hotels in Sonoma County. With an extensive background and a never-ending interest in operations and management, Nick has pursued a career within the hospitality industry. For the last 7 years, he has had the opportunity to work with IHG, Wyndham, and independent properties alongside in niche markets. Working alongside upper-management and obtaining a background in accounting has given Nick the ability to excel in key aspects such as development, operations, and sales thus far.
