Success with MMSI Hotel Management

In April 2008 Town Green Enterprises LLC at the advice of their Holiday Inn Express Area Sales Manager,  recommended  MMSI Management Company to oversee Revenue and Operations for the Holiday Inn Express Windsor . MMSI Management is a dynamic company well known throughout the IHG brand as one of the most effective Revenue and Operations Management companies available. Facing the addition of two new hotels in the area, a frightening economic downturn, not to mention the most expensive (and arguably most effective) relaunch of a company in history (as of 2008) the hotel faced several challenging obstacles. Unfortunate results with the General Manager prior to MMSI’s responsibility acquisition lead to poor service scores for the Holiday Inn Express.

Mohammad Rana with MMSI Hotel Management Company spearheaded the transformation of the Windsor Express location. Working closely with Michelle Collinsworth guest service scores began to sky rocket. Mohammad fostered within the staff a powerful sense of duty to service, attention to detail, and all the necessary skills needed to run an impressive and service oriented culture within the workplace. Mohammad Rana, setting his priorities around “people” was the final piece of the success puzzle. By 2009 guest scores were not only back, Hotel Management received awards from the corporate franchise office for most improved Guest Satisfaction Scores in the region for 2009.  One of the most prestigious awards during the yearly Town Hall meetings as it is well understood what a great challenge it can be to turn around a hotel in decline for Guest Satisfaction and revenue
